Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of backend engineering experience with production systems.
• Strong data modeling, schema design, and domain boundary awareness.
• Ownership of infrastructure including deployment, reliability, and observability.
• Experience using frontier AI tools to speed development while auditing outputs.
• Collaborative, cross‑functional mindset with healthcare regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve a scalable healthcare subscription and billing system.
• Build reliable clinical state machines for ordering and fulfillment.
• Own AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability.
• Partner with Clinical, Operations, and Product teams to align outcomes.
• Design backend with AI-assisted workflows for operations and safety.
• Raise architectural quality through code reviews, standards, and mentoring.
