Job summary
Mochi Health Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Product Manager to drive development of features across our product platform in a fast-growing healthcare tech environment.
You will own a core domain end-to-end, identify AI opportunities, and partner with clinical, operational, and pharmacy teams to shape the roadmap. This is an onsite role based in San Francisco with competitive compensation and equity.
Qualifications
- 0-2+ years of product management experience in digital health or healthcare tech.
- Proven ability to own product roadmaps from strategy through execution.
- Experience writing product requirements, user stories, and detailed specifications.
Responsibilities
- Own a core domain of the Mochi platform end-to-end — strategy, roadmap, and outcomes.
- Identify where AI can transform patient/provider/customer service experiences with guardrails for deployment.
- Partner with internal teams to gather workflow requirements across clinical, operational, and pharmacy contexts.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from patients, providers, and pharmacy partners to inform priorities.
- Work with engineering on integrations and interoperability requirements.
- Define success metrics and evaluation frameworks for product performance.
