Job summary

Mochi Health is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our on-site SF team. You will shape a scalable healthcare platform, build complex clinical interfaces, and own end-to-end delivery.

You’ll pair with clinical leadership to design patient-centered solutions and integrate AI-driven workflows across the stack. The role requires 5-7+ years of experience, deep front-end/state management expertise, and comfort with Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of full-stack engineering experience in production systems
• Strong client-side state management and performance skills
• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, and CI/CD is a plus
• Collaborative mindset with healthcare regulatory awareness

Responsibilities

• Build complex healthcare interfaces and multi-step medical intake engines
• Connect backend medication ordering and fulfillment to frontend interfaces
• Prioritize UX and product quality to improve patient outcomes
• Own database schema, API, React frontend, deployment, and reliability
• Integrate AI capabilities into product to automate clinical workflows
• Lead architectural decisions and elevate engineering standards
