Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven track record of shipping enterprise-grade production software.
• Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Proficiency designing and supporting REST APIs and backend systems.
• Hands-on experience working with AWS in production environments.
• Familiarity with Python and willingness to contribute as needed.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, system design, and distributed systems.
• Experience using Git, conducting code reviews, and applying modern development practices.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies.
• Experience implementing logging, monitoring, and observability solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and monitor production backend services.
• Build and maintain REST APIs for content management, retrieval, and integrations.
• Enhance and optimize a CMS platform developed with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Collaborate on Python-based AI support services and tools.
• Develop reusable, scalable services to improve system performance and developer productivity.
• Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices across the team.
• Troubleshoot and improve existing systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Work closely with AI engineers, architects, and product teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
