Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering across the full lifecycle.
• 3+ years building cloud-native applications (GCP, AWS or Azure).
• 4+ strong programming skills in Java, Python, Kotlin or Go for backend APIs.
• 2+ years designing microservices with API design and event-driven patterns.
• Experience with AI tools and distributed systems for scalable apps.
• Familiarity with Elastic/OpenSearch/Solr and logging/monitoring.
• CI/CD and DevOps practices with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Observability and monitoring experience with Splunk or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable microservices architectures including APIs and event-driven systems.
• Develop backend services with a focus on scalability, resiliency and performance.
• Collaborate with architects to align with cloud-native design strategies.
• Build and enhance data pipelines for real-time and batch processing.
• Enable AI-driven capabilities such as intelligent search and recommendations.
• Contribute to search systems using Elastic/OpenSearch/Solr.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices with modern tooling.
• Ensure system reliability through monitoring, logging, and observability.
