SentinelOne in the United States is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Agent Platform to help secure tens of millions of devices across Windows, Linux, and macOS while processing billions of security events daily. You will own critical platform components and contribute to reliability across services.

You will design, build, and operate high-scale distributed systems, diagnose incidents, and partner with teams to improve observability, performance, and scalability in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend software engineering experience, with deep expertise in at least one of Java, Go, or Python, and ability to work across all three.

Responsibilities

• Drive rapid response to customer-critical incidents across the Agent Platform.
• Lead root-cause analysis and translate learnings into reliability, scalability, observability improvements.
• Design, develop, test, and operate large-scale distributed systems processing millions of events per second.
• Maintain and improve existing services, refactor for performance and durability, and ensure data integrity.
• Partner with engineering teams to solve cross-functional problems and guide technical direction.
• Continuously evaluate technologies to improve platform scalability and operational excellence.
