Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our team and build production Agentic systems at scale. You will be a strong individual contributor with a co-founder mindset, helping us push the frontier of what's possible with Agentic workflows in Healthcare. You will take powerful platform capabilities, design multi-step workflows, and ship them to production to directly impact patient outcomes on our AI-powered care orchestration platform. Roughly 60‑70% of your time is deployment-focused; the remainder is platform contribution: building reusable workflow primitives, improving shared infrastructure, and shaping how we architect agentic systems at scale.

Ideally, you have 5+ years of experience in backend engineering focused on building and operating production AI systems.

Experience & Tenure: 5+ years of hands‑on experience building and operating production backend systems, preferred with recent experience in AI‑powered services and automation workflows in high‑availability environments.

Core Backend Expertise: Proven experience designing and operating complex backend systems, including a deep understanding of concurrency, scalability, reliability, and distributed systems patterns.

Technical Stack: Strong experience building and maintaining large-scale Python codebases and hands‑on experience with async or event-driven architectures.

Production AI Focus: Experience building and shipping AI-powered systems beyond prototypes or internal demos.
