Job summary

Blackstone eIT is seeking a Senior Backend Developer with strong experience in Node.js, TypeScript, and microservices to design and maintain scalable backend services and system integrations.

You will troubleshoot production issues across APIs, workflows, messaging systems, and databases; work with Camunda workflows, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus; participate in code reviews, deployments, and incident resolution, collaborating with DevOps and QA teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Node.js/TypeScript and microservices.
• Experience designing and integrating REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with Camunda workflows and enterprise integrations.
• Strong production troubleshooting across services, queues, and databases.
• Experience with Git-based development workflows (branching, merging, releases).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and microservices using Node.js / TypeScript.
• Develop and support REST/GraphQL APIs and system integrations.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Camunda workflows.
• Investigate failed or stuck workflows, workers, incidents, and process execution issues.
• Develop and troubleshoot messaging integrations using RabbitMQ and Azure Service Bus.
• Investigate production issues across APIs, microservices, workflows, queues, databases, and external integrations.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent technical solutions.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, QA, Integration, and other teams.
