Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Backend Data Test Engineer to validate large-scale data systems and ensure data integrity across backend and frontend components. You will work with Data Coaches/Analysts/DBAs and Scrum/Kanban teams in an Agile environment.

The role requires deep expertise in ETL validation, PostgreSQL/Snowflake, Databricks, and data quality analysis within CMS applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in Backend/Data testing with strong SQL expertise.
• Proven experience with PostgreSQL and Snowflake data validation.
• Hands-on in big-data environments (Databricks) and data quality checks.
• Experience writing user stories, defects, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Validate ETL data across Databricks, Snowflake, PostgreSQL and related platforms.
• Analyze CMS datasets including Shared Systems Claims and Provider data.
• Validate data from CMS Integrated Data Repository and reconcile with UI outputs.
• Develop and execute backend test plans and API test scenarios.
