You’ll collaborate with AI, frontend, and telephony teams to ship features rapidly and ensure reliability at scale. Join a small team and influence tech choices, tooling, and culture while delivering end-to-end

Qualifications

• 3+ years backend or full-stack experience with Go, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Experience building and scaling production systems from 0 to 1.
• Strong system design and microservice expertise.
• Experience deploying on Azure or AWS.
• Product-minded, UX aware, and business impact focused.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Self-starter comfortable with startup ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable microservices with Go and Node.js.
• Design secure real-time APIs and data pipelines.
• Manage cloud infrastructure on Azure or AWS.
• Optimize performance, cost, and reliability.
• Collaborate with AI, frontend, and telephony teams to ship features.
• Own deployments, monitoring, and production stability.
