VCluster Labs is seeking a Staff Software Engineer (Backend) to architect the vCluster Platform and advance Kubernetes multi-tenancy. You will own backend features, navigate Kubernetes internals, and deliver high-performance Go services.

Engage with open source, mentor teams, and drive end-to-end delivery from design to release in a remote-first startup environment. Exceptional Kubernetes and Go proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Kubernetes internals (architectural patterns, networking, storage).
• Strong programming skills in Go with ability to translate knowledge into clean, efficient code.
• Demonstrated passion for building through personal GitHub projects, experiments, or open-source contributions.

Responsibilities
