Job summary

Lead is a fintech building banking infrastructure for embedded financial products and services. This role designs, builds and maintains large-scale backend systems with a focus on performance, reliability and scalability, collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to define roadmaps and implement new features.

Candidates are technical leaders who mentor others, drive architecture from ground up, and deliver high-impact projects in a cloud-native AWS environment, with Go and/or Java as

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering complex systems.
• Experience building large-scale cloud-native systems (AWS preferred).
• Strong command of Go or Java and high-quality code bases.
• Proven ability to design scalable architectures and deliver on-time.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship of junior engineers.
• Ability to collaborate across product, design and legal teams.
• Excellent communication to align stakeholders on goals and deliverables.
• You are curious, humble and eager to learn.
