Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted development tools and validating AI outputs.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows and secure data handling.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, RESTful APIs, RabbitMQ, Kafka, and Microservices architectures.
• Experience with Git and workflow tools like Jira or ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience delivering design, development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficient in CI/CD and automation, including Jenkins and Bitbucket.
• Experience with Oracle relational databases.
• Demonstrated proficiency in cloud/AI/ML technologies.
