Qualifications

• 15+ years of backend architecture experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and vendor/stakeholder management skills.
• Experience designing cloud-native, highly available systems with AI components.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable cloud-native backend platforms.
• Develop high-performance microservices and APIs on Node.js/TypeScript (AWS/GCP).
• Define standards for distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native apps.
• Drive AI capabilities by integrating LLMs and Agentic AI into enterprise services.
• Create reusable AI platform components, including orchestration and RAG pipelines.
• Mentor engineers and guide technical decisions across initiatives.
• Evaluate new AI/back-end technologies for enterprise adoption.
