Job summary

Sbtglobalinc is seeking a Senior Developer/Technical Lead in Plano, TX, to drive RPA development and support. You will manage the full development lifecycle, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with customers to deliver scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities include design, development, testing, documentation, and ensuring security and performance. Strong English communication and Agile experience are required; knowledge of RPA and data analytics tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in web-based system development including Java or Python
• Fluent English in speaking and writing
• Good understanding of RPA is a plus
• Experience with HTML/DHTML, jQuery/JSON, JavaScript, AJAX
• Experience with Oracle database server, SQL, PL/SQL
• Data analytics (e.g., Alteryx) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred
• BS/BA or higher in Computer Science or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable applications and modules with clean, documented code
• Lead the SDLC with Agile methodologies and managing releases
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
• Monitor and support RPA operations and enhance existing solutions
• Collaborate with customers and engineers to define requirements and deliver solutions
• Write unit, integration, and production test scenarios; debug and optimize performance
• Translate business requirements into technical plans and deliverables
• Provide progress reports and communicate obstacles to the team
