Qualifications

• Eight years of related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• Project management / organization.
• Strong understanding of B2B retirement landscape (sponsor and consultant).
• Strong cross-divisional interpersonal skills.
• Strategic selling and prioritization experience.
• Pipeline management experience.
• Executive influence and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead internal B2B experimentation to drive EOP results.
• Define business problems by consulting with partners.
• Develop and oversee research and experimentation; integrate into BAU.
• Synthesize analyses into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare materials: presentations, white papers, case studies.
• Advise on Financial Wellness offers internally and with Plan Sponsors/Consultants.
• Connect insights to improve products, services, value story.
• Stay abreast of industry, market, and competitive trends.
• Inform senior management on key industry and product trends.
• Recommend new capabilities and services.
• Participate in special projects.
