Job summary

Vanguard seeks a senior B2B strategy leader to drive the planning and execution of an experimentation portfolio for Workplace Solutions. You will partner with client-facing teams to shape product/service evolution, deliver actionable recommendations, and influence executive decision‑making.

With a focus on financial wellness offerings, you will synthesize insights, manage pipelines, and stay ahead of industry trends, enabling strategic wins across sponsor and consultant channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of B2B retirement landscape (sponsor and consultant).
• Executive influence and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal B2B experimentation to drive Crossover / Rollover EOP results and client strategy pipelines.
• Synthesize analyses and prepare materials, including presentations and case studies.
• Advocate for Financial Wellness offers with internal and external partners.
• Connect insights to improve products, services, and value story.
• Stay on top of industry trends and inform senior management with key developments.
