Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Sales Representative for a client in the biotech/wellness-therapy industry. This remote role is based in Boca Raton, FL with occasional travel to industry events across the country.

You will own the full outbound sales cycle from prospecting to close, build a sustainable pipeline, and drive high-value deals. Navigation via LinkedIn, Apollo, and CRM tools, with uncapped commission and a competitive base salary.

Formación

• 5+ years of outbound B2B sales experience.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle and building a pipeline.
• Exceptional communication across phone, video, and written channels.
• Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Highly self-motivated and comfortable in remote environments.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Own the full outbound sales process from prospecting to close.
• Identify, engage, and influence decision-makers in target verticals.
• Build qualified lead lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, and industry reports.
• Craft personalized outreach sequences via email, phone, and social channels.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline updates; track activity weekly.
• Attend industry events to support lead gen and onboarding.
