Emerse is seeking a seasoned Sales Super Coach to join as Certified Sales Coach. This remote US-based role targets leaders with 10+ years in B2B sales and a track record of coaching success.

Work from anywhere in the US (EST hours) and help business owners across the US, UK, and Europe achieve targets, with uncapped earnings and a share of gross profit per client engagement, plus sales commissions for new business. This is a high-impact, values-led opportunity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B sales and leadership roles.
• Proven coaching or mentoring expertise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact coaching engagements using Emerse IP and methodology
• Facilitate team bootcamps, strategy workshops, and performance reviews
• Build and roll out client-specific sales playbooks
• Support sales hiring and onboarding with clear standards and structure
• Track performance and drive growth through diagnostics and KPIs
• Collaborate with the Emerse team to develop new services and tools
