Job summary

Hanson Search Ltd partners with a fast-scaling, technology-led business to recruit a Senior Product Marketing Manager who will own go-to-market strategy end-to-end and shape how a high-growth SaaS platform wins its market.

You will bridge product, sales and revenue growth, set positioning, drive launches, and build enablement assets to lift win rates and customer lifetime value. This role is based in Austin with an in-office pattern of four days per week.

Qualifications

Six or more years in B2B product marketing, ideally in SaaS, HR tech or marketplace platforms, with a track record of driving revenue growth through GTM ownership.
Active experience building customised AI-driven workflows to scale output beyond traditional PMM models.
Experience bringing market and competitive evidence to influence pricing, packaging or roadmap decisions.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy, setting positioning, driving launches and enabling sales.
Lead competitive intelligence, influence pricing and packaging, and translate product capability into compelling narratives.
Partner with Demand Gen and Customer Success on onboarding, demos and communications that grow lifetime value.
