Gamma is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the B2B product roadmap end to end in San Francisco. You will define and ship features that drive enterprise adoption and expansion, balancing needs of enterprise and SMB customers with a consumer-grade experience.

You'll collaborate with sales, CS, and GTM, engaging with enterprise buyers and executives to translate requirements into strategic product direction.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience with 3+ years focused on enterprise B2B product-led growth SaaS or AI go-to-market motions.
• Startup mindset comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
• Ability to inspire a team and bring fresh thinking to enterprise problems.
• Technical fluency to discuss complex tradeoffs with senior backend engineers (security, scalability, integrations).
• Strong quantitative analysis skills for data-driven decisions.
• Experience collaborating with top-tier designers to ship polished UX for users and admins.

Responsibilities

• Own the B2B product roadmap end to end, defining and shipping features that drive enterprise adoption and expansion.
• Be the voice of enterprise discovery in rooms with enterprise buyers, surfacing requirements and shaping the roadmap.
• Serve as the standard-bearer for high-quality customer interactions, representing Gamma with leadership.
• Build cross-functional credibility with Sales, CS, and GTM, bridging product to front-line teams.
• Balance enterprise and SMB needs while maintaining Gamma's consumer-grade product experience.
• Work with engineers to ship complex, scalable systems addressing security, permissions, and compliance.
