Job summary

Gamma in San Francisco seeks a senior product leader to own the B2B product roadmap end to end. You will define and ship features that drive enterprise adoption and expansion, balancing enterprise needs with Gamma's consumer-grade experience.

You will collaborate with Sales, CS, GTM, legal, and security teams, engage with major customers, run discovery sessions and demos, and ship scalable, secure systems that meet enterprise requirements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience with at least 3+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS or AI go-to-market motions.
• Thrives in an early-stage startup environment with ambiguity and no fixed playbook.
• Ability to translate enterprise requirements into a cohesive product strategy and roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own the B2B product roadmap end to end, defining and shipping features that drive enterprise adoption and expansion.
• Be the voice of enterprise discovery, surfacing unstated requirements from enterprise buyers and shaping the roadmap.
• Represent Gamma in high-quality customer interactions, alongside founders and leadership.
• Build cross-functional credibility with Sales, CS, and GTM, connecting product to front-line teams.
• Balance needs of enterprise and SMB customers while maintaining Gamma's consumer-grade experience.
• Work hands-on with engineers to ship scalable, secure systems meeting enterprise security and compliance needs.
• Define success metrics and drive toward ambitious revenue, adoption, and customer-satisfaction goals.
