Cboe Global Markets is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist, Institutional to lead the full marketing program for derivatives, Data Vantage, equities, and FX. You will own web presence, coordinate email and paid media, build dashboards, and manage calendar-driven workflows while ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.

The role requires strong writing, project management, and the ability to handle multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with ownership of programs end to end.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, keeping them on schedule and on brand.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Experience running multi-channel campaigns across email, web, social and events.
• Comfort with data analysis and reporting that informs decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the team’s web presence and ensure pages reflect current messaging.
• Manage cross-functional projects delivering email, social, paid media and other channels on time.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards with accurate performance data.
• Oversee marketing calendars, asset libraries, and project trackers for organization.
• Produce content from brief to publication, ensuring deadlines and quality.
