OnHires is seeking a Senior B2B High-Ticket Closer to join a fully remote, high-performance consulting team serving established Amazon brands. You will drive a 4–6 month high-ticket program, handling discovery, Brand Analysis, and closing engagements with owners of 6-, 7-, and 8-figure businesses.

The role rewards a strong close rate, uncapped commissions, and a solid base, with remote work across US/Canada/UK and structured training to support top performers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B high-ticket sales experience.
• Proven track record closing high-value deals and meeting targets.
• Experience selling consulting, marketing or service offers to founders.
• Strong understanding of discovery, qualification, value positioning, negotiation and closing.
• Familiarity with Amazon/FBA ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process from first qualified conversation through close.
• Lead discovery calls, Brand Analysis, and closing engagements.
• Manage pipeline, follow-ups, and second conversations.
• Maintain data in Pipedrive and track sales metrics.
• Achieve 35%+ close rate benchmark.
