Job summary

Sikla USA Inc. is seeking an experienced, hands-on Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Manager to lead our Customer Service department in Suwanee, GA. This operational B2B leadership role covers the complete Order-to-Delivery process, coordinating with Management, Operations, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

The ideal candidate will lead a team, own the end-to-end order process, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvements within ERP/SAP workflows to support Sikla USA’s growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B Customer Service or order fulfillment.
• Previous leadership responsibility for a CS/Order Management team.
• Hands-on SAP experience with ERP-driven processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Customer Service team and manage day-to-day performance.
• Own the CS portion of the Order-to-Delivery process from inquiry to invoicing.
• Ensure accurate quotations, sales orders, shipping, and delivery coordination.
