Job summary

Sikla USA Inc. seeks an experienced Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Manager to lead our CS department and own the complete Order-to-Delivery process from inquiry through invoicing.

This hands-on B2B leadership role requires SAP proficiency, process optimization, and strong cross-functional coordination with Management, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Accounting. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in CS/Order Fulfillment and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B Customer Service, Order Management, or Order Fulfillment.
• Previous leadership responsibility for a CS/Order Management team is required.
• Hands-on SAP experience and daily use of ERP-driven order processes.
• Experience in manufacturing or technical B2B environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Customer Service team and manage day-to-day performance.
• Own the CS portion of the Order-to-Delivery process from inquiry to invoicing.
• Ensure accurate quotation, order processing, shipping, and delivery coordination.
• Monitor open orders, backorders, product availability, and service performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and Accounting.
