SIKLA USA Inc. is seeking an experienced, hands-on Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Manager to lead our Customer Service department.

This operational B2B leadership role focuses on the complete Order-to-Delivery process, from inquiry to invoicing. The ideal candidate will own departmental performance, drive KPI reporting, SOPs, and continuous improvement, coordinating with Management/ Operations, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, and Accounting to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B Customer Service, Order Management, or Order Fulfillment.
• Previous leadership responsibility for a Customer Service/Order Management team.
• Hands-on SAP experience in ERP-driven order processing and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Customer Service team and manage day-to-day performance.
• Own the Order-to-Delivery portion from inquiry through invoicing.
• Ensure accurate quotations, orders, shipping and delivery coordination.
• Monitor open orders, backorders, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with Management/Operations, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Accounting.
