Job summary

Tangram-Interiors is seeking a Collections Specialist to manage the day-to-day recovery of outstanding receivables. You will work with customers, contractors, and internal teams to resolve past-due balances, document activity, and support cash-flow goals.

This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include outbound calls, sending reminders, negotiating payment arrangements, researching short pays, and collaborating with AR, Sales, and CFO to resolve issues and

Qualifications

• 2+ years B2B collections experience.
• Construction industry or dealership experience preferred.
• Familiarity with lien rights, preliminary notices, joint checks, and bond claims is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound collection calls and email follow-up on assigned aged accounts.
• Send dunning letters, statements, and payment reminders at appropriate aging intervals.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and document commitments.
• Research and resolve short pays, deductions, and unapplied cash with AR team.
• Escalate complex or high-dollar accounts with clear recommendations.
