Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to efficiently collect commercial accounts from hospitals, surgery centers, physician practices, and distributors, domestically and internationally. You will manage aging accounts, use Oracle and Excel to track updates, and collaborate with sales and operations to resolve disputes.

The role emphasizes compliance, accuracy, and timely follow-up in a fast-paced finance team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial collections experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel.

Responsibilities

• Understand, promote, and demonstrate Compliance adherence.
• Handle large collection assignment while consistently meeting personal and team collection goals.
• Manage tasks in Oracle and other systems with timely follow-up on aging accounts.
• Escalate account issues per timeline and process.
• Complete collection calls and correspondence to resolve balances.
• Verify contract and billing requirements to resolve balances.
• Collaborate with customers and internal partners to resolve missing/invalid purchase orders.
• Review unpaid balances for final resolution and advise next steps (send to collections/write-off).
• Coordinate with contracting, customer service, and leadership for escalations.
