Qualifications

• 7+ years of avionics or electrical experience in B-52 flight line maintenance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings, technical orders, process specifications, and retrofit requirements.
• Minimum 5 years of experience performing maintainability analyses that included step-by-step procedures, times, and tool needs.
• Must be willing and able to deploy/travel to multiple locations domestically and internationally on short notice.
• Must be willing and able to relocate to various locations to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical recommendations to customers regarding aircraft manuals, orders, data, training and support.
• Represent Boeing to customers, regulators, and industry groups to ensure safe operation.
• Lead research on technical, operational, regulatory, safety, and quality issues affecting the B-52 fleet.
• Develop interim and final solutions to aircraft maintenance queries.
• Create clear customer correspondence for safe operation and maintenance of aircraft and support gear.
• Interpret and use B-52 maintenance Technical Order manuals.
• Support flight line operations with technical guidance to maintainers and customer personnel.
• Analyze recurring aircraft issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and program teams to resolve issues and maintain mission readiness.
• Maintain effective communication with Air Force customers and internal stakeholders.
