Job summary

This field operations role requires readiness to deploy domestically or internationally on short notice, willingness to relocate, and ability to pass DoD health standards; active U.S. Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of avionics or electrical experience in B-52 flight line maintenance.
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings, technical orders, and retrofit requirements.
• Maintainability analyses with step-by-step procedures, times, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical recommendations to customers regarding aircraft manuals, USAF Technical Orders, data, training, and technical support.
• Represent The Boeing Company to customers, regulatory authorities, and industry groups to ensure safe operation.
• Apply maintenance and engineering principles to lead research on technical, operational, regulatory, safety, and quality issues affecting the B-52 fleet.
• Lead development of interim and final solutions to maintenance queries.
• Develop clear customer correspondence for continued safe operation and maintenance of aircraft and support equipment.
• Support flight line operations by providing technical guidance to maintainers and customer personnel.
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and program teams to resolve technical issues and support mission readiness.
• Maintain effective communication with Air Force customers and internal stakeholders.
