Job summary

The Boeing Company in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 4) to support the B-52 Commercial Engine Replacement Program. The role requires highly analytical manufacturing operations experience and the ability to implement data-driven improvements for schedule adherence, process flow, and cost performance.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage Line Side Control Centers, track constraints in SAT, and present project proposals to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience solving problems collaboratively and building relationships.
• 5+ years developing or maintaining processes and procedures.
• 5+ years accessing aircraft data systems to initiate online parts/discrepancy requests.
• 5+ years in commercial or military airplane maintenance and/or modification.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to resolve daily constraints and drive initiative.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and LSCCs.
• Direct multiple Line Side Control Centers and track constraints.
• Research parts/engineering details to monitor status and resolve issues.
• Attend line-by-line reviews, lead Tier meetings, and present proposals to leadership.
• Support shop floor operations and tooling procurement/modification.
• Coach technicians on processes and build skill sets.
• Contribute to closure of quality corrective actions and root-cause analysis.
