Job summary

Credence, near Wright Patterson AFB, OH, seeks a principal-level B-2 Test Management professional to support modernization, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment of the B-2 aircraft and related systems. The role requires Top-Secret clearance with SCI access, an advanced degree or extensive DoD exposure, and senior test engineering/management experience in DoD T&E programs.

You will lead test planning, documentation, and coordination across contractors and government to ensure readiness

Qualifications

Top-Secret clearance with ability to be read onto SCI.
Advanced degree or 20+ years DoD experience as alternative.
20+ years in related technical/professional discipline with DoD experience.
DT&E and OT&E experience including test design and reporting.
Proficiency in DoD T&E regulations, processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

Apply T&E knowledge to support development, procurement and sustainment across life cycles.
Design, plan, execute, analyze, and report on T&E programs for aeronautical systems.
Review and update program documentation for T&E management requirements.
Provide advisory support for weapon system source selections on T&E requirements.
Prepare and coordinate test plans, procedures, and schedules; ensure readiness for OT&E.
