Job summary

Credence, a trusted partner to defense and health federal programs, seeks a senior B-2 Systems Engineer for the B-2 Division to support modernization, testing, production, fielding and sustainment of the B-2 aircraft.

The role focuses on translating sponsor needs into acquisition plans, performing analyses, and briefing leadership, with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration across planning, technology, intelligence, and sustainment teams.

Qualifications

Must hold a Top-Secret clearance with ability to be read onto SCI.
Minimum twenty (20) years in the respective technical/professional discipline, with at least twelve (12) years in the DoD/DoD.
Experience with systems engineering across requirements, acquisition, and sustainment.
Ability to develop and review documentation (TEMPs, SEPs, RFPs, SOOs, etc.).

Responsibilities

Support bridging warfighter needs to planning for acquisition of materiel solutions.
Coordinate with development planning, technology, intelligence, acquisition, sustainment teams.
Develop and advise on capability and sustainment strategies; ensure interoperability across programs.
Support SETRs and technical reviews; assess design maturity and provide recommendations.
Prepare airworthiness and compliance documentation and brief to leadership.
