Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with PowerShell for database deployment and automation
• Experience working with Azure DevOps pipelines and GitHub for version control
• Solid understanding of database design principles and data modeling

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Azure SQL / SQL Server databases to support enterprise-grade applications
• Develop and optimize T SQL, stored procedures, functions, views, and indexes
• Ensure database performance, scalability, availability, and data integrity; partner with developers to support backend features
• Implement and manage database deployments using PowerShell and automated release pipelines
• Support CI/CD workflows using Azure DevOps and GitHub
• Perform schema versioning, migration, partitioning, and release coordination across environments
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform performance tuning, and root cause analysis; enforce database security and best practices
