Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Senior Programmer based in the United States to lead design, development, and support of complex software in a federal-sector environment.

The role emphasizes cloud-native solutions using Azure Functions, Azure API Management, and Azure Logic Apps. You will work with REST APIs and C#/NET, ensuring secure, scalable, and well-documented software across the lifecycle. This is a remote, 12-month contract with US-based applicability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in electronic data processing systems design and programming.
• 4+ years in a lead capacity.
• 5+ years of application development experience.
• 2+ years of production experience with Azure integration services.
• Hands-on with Azure Functions, Azure API Management, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Experience designing REST APIs and OAuth 2.0.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET and SQL Server/Azure SQL.
• Familiar with Git-based CI/CD, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to design, development, and implementation of complex IT applications.
• Develop and maintain cloud solutions using Azure Functions, API Management, and Logic Apps.
• Design, develop, and securely expose REST APIs (OAuth 2.0).
• Build apps using C#/.NET or equivalent.
• Manage data with SQL Server or Azure SQL.
• Use CI/CD with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Provide technical leadership and maintain coding standards.
• Document architecture, designs, and deployment steps.
• Test, deploy, troubleshoot, and support applications.
