Qualifications

• 8–10 years designing enterprise software and cloud-based apps.
• Strong C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, EF and Web API expertise.
• 5+ years Azure DevOps, Git repos, PRs and deployment pipelines.
• 3–5 years leading and mentoring software engineers.
• Hands-on Azure components: SQL DB, Blob Storage, App Service, Functions.
• Experience with Blazor, Bootstrap, responsive design, Ajax.
• Familiar with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight within the development team.
• Architect, design, and build scalable solutions on the .NET Core/Azure stack.
• Develop full-stack applications: persistence, business logic, UI, APIs.
• Write scalable, high-quality, testable code.
• Mentor offshore team for predictable delivery and quality.
• Lead SDLC from inception to production release.
• Collaborate across teams and stakeholders for continuous improvement.
• Communicate strategies and progress to leaders.
