Job summary

Talentola is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate a scalable enterprise cloud platform in Microsoft Azure. You will enable development, data, and AI teams with self-service capabilities, automated deployments, and secure, compliant architectures.

You will own platform patterns, IaC via Pulumi, AKS operations, and CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, driving reliability, governance, and developer productivity across environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/engineering.
• 7+ years in DevOps, Cloud or Platform Engineering.
• 5+ years with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience designing GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong IaC with Kubernetes platforms (AKS).
• Experience with Docker and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Security and identity solutions for cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement internal platform capabilities for self-service deployment of cloud resources.
• Develop reusable platform patterns, templates, and reference architectures.
• Partner with application, data, security, IAM, and SRE teams to automate platform services.
• Establish platform roadmaps to improve developer experience and delivery speed.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Automate deployments across development, test, staging, and production.
• Establish release governance, branching, and artifact management.
