Job summary

TriluxTech seeks a senior Microsoft Azure Engineer to own the Azure platform within our Microsoft Operations team in San Diego. This is a hands-on, trusted advisor role with broad responsibility for cloud infrastructure, identity governance, security posture, cost management, and automation.

You will collaborate with the Sr. Engineer and Technology Architect, drive architectural decisions, ensure compliance with FFIEC and banking requirements, and mentor junior staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT or related field.
• 7+ years Azure infrastructure and identity experience.
• 4+ years with Entra ID and hybrid identity.
• 3+ years in federally regulated industry with audit exposure.
• Proven Azure VNet hub-spoke design and security alignment.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Azure subscription architecture and governance.
• Administer VNet topology including hub-spoke design and NSGs.
• Manage IaaS and PaaS lifecycles with change management in ServiceNow.
• Maintain baseline state and remediation of configuration drift.
• Serve as Azure SME in audits and cross-team initiatives.
