Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development with Azure.
• Strong C#/.NET and Python skills.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs with OAuth2/OpenID Connect.
• Hands-on CI/CD experience, preferably Azure DevOps.
• Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, AKS).
• Mentor teammates and communicate complex tradeoffs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate backend services and APIs on Azure.
• Architect cloud-native components integrating with Azure services.
• Implement secure authentication with Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Develop and secure RESTful APIs with OAuth2/OpenID Connect.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and manage deployments across environments.
• Containerize services and deploy to AKS or Azure Container Apps.
• Collaborate with cloud/infrastructure teams on deployment practices.
• Instrument applications with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Contribute to architectural discussions balancing scalability, security, and cost.
• Mentor engineers and lead code reviews, sharing best practices.
