Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development with Azure.
• Strong proficiency in C# and Python.
• Deep knowledge of Azure services such as App Service, Functions, SQL Database, Storage.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs with OAuth2/OpenID Connect.
• CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps.
• Containerization with Docker and orchestration (AKS).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using C#/.NET and Python on Microsoft Azure.
• Architect cloud‑native components that integrate with Azure services like App Service, Functions, SQL Database, Storage.
• Implement authentication/authorization with Entra ID (Azure AD), including RBAC.
• Design and consume RESTful APIs with OAuth2/OpenID Connect security.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for dev/stage/prod.
• Contribute to containerization with Docker and deployment to AKS or Azure Container Apps.
• Collaborate with cloud/infrastructure teams on networking and environment configurations.
• Instrument apps with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, App Insights; troubleshoot production issues.
• Participate in architecture discussions; balance scalability, security, cost, maintainability.
• Mentor engineers via code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with product/QA/business stakeholders to translate decisions.
