Job summary

Ulteig is seeking a Senior Software Solutions Developer to design, develop, test, and implement innovative software solutions and integrations across enterprise business applications. They will work with the Business Applications Team and stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes Azure integration, SQL data solutions, identity automation, and modern AI-assisted development tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in the professional software development field.
Experience building integrations between enterprise applications such as MS Dynamics, UKG Pro, MS Project Online, and ProjectWise.
Expert-level familiarity with Visual Studio IDE and Azure DevOps.
Background in using Microsoft Software and Azure Technologies to support integrations and custom software development, including MS SQL Server, Azure SQL Database infrastructure, Key Vault, Service Bus, App Services, and Logic Apps.
High-level proficiency in REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and other current integration technologies.
Confidently embraces AI-assisted development tools and coding agents as part of modern software engineering workflows to accelerate problem-solving, improve productivity, and strengthen code quality.

Responsibilities

Design and implement innovative solutions to meet business needs.
Builds, tests, and supports data integration between enterprise apps in cloud and on-prem.
Architect technical solutions for business application needs.
Lead problem-solving across the application stack including frontend, backend, API, data, and cloud.
Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Identify and troubleshoot software issues in a timely manner.
Evaluate new technologies for potential integration into the company's software solutions.
Provide insights to Business Applications Manager regarding implementation and refinement of existing applications.
Occasionally own pieces of application administration and support.
Source and build relationships with partner vendors as necessary to augment in-house skill set.
