Job summary

Ulteig is seeking a Senior Software Solutions Developer to design, develop, test and implement innovative software solutions across Azure integrations, SQL data workflows, identity automation, and enterprise reporting. You will collaborate with the Business Applications Team and internal stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions and modernization initiatives.

The role requires strong expertise across Azure tech, REST/SOAP APIs, and the Microsoft stack, with a focus on quality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience building integrations between enterprise apps (Dynamics, UKG Pro, MS Project Online, ProjectWise).
• Expert-level familiarity with Visual Studio IDE and Azure DevOps.
• Strong Microsoft tech stack and REST/SOAP API experience.
• Authorized to work permanently in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative software solutions to meet business needs.
• Build, test, and support data integrations between enterprise applications (cloud and on-prem).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions.
• Architect technical solutions for business application needs.
• Lead problem-solving across the stack (frontend, backend, API, data, cloud).
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Identify and troubleshoot software issues promptly.
• Stay current with development trends and AI tools to improve workflows.
• Evaluate new technologies for potential integration.
• Provide guidance to Business Applications Manager on implementations.
• Occasionally own application administration tasks.
• Source and build relationships with partner vendors as needed.
