Job summary

Activision Blizzard is seeking a Senior Azure Infrastructure Engineer (Remote) to design, implement and support enterprise Azure-based infrastructure across global services. You will lead automation, IaC, and Linux server management in a security-conscious environment.

Responsibilities include day-to-day management of Linux infra, Azure architecture, disaster recovery, and collaborating with security teams to ensure robust, scalable cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience as a Platform Engineer handling complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of virtualized environments, storage, and cloud architecture.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Infrastructure, Azure NetApp File, AKV and related Azure services.
• IaC with Terraform, ADO and GitHub; configuration mgmt with Puppet; VMware admin.
• Experience in hybrid environments and Linux networking fundamentals.
• Proactive, innovative, and able to drive automation and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Linux infrastructure and Azure Cloud resources.
• Design, implement and maintain Azure-based architecture and services.
• Lead automation initiatives and Infrastructure as Code implementations.
• Support disaster recovery, patching, backup and business continuity.
• Configure management tools and monitor servers and networks.
• Collaborate across IT teams and document configuration standards.
