Job summary

HyrUS Inc. is seeking a Lead Full-Stack Application Developer to own Azure-based software delivery across distributed Scrum teams. You will guide development of APIs, websites, and enterprise apps in Azure, mentoring engineers and shaping CI/CD practices.

The role requires deep skills in C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/Angular, and strong governance on security, QA, and performance. You will collaborate with multi-geography stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable user

Qualifications

Extensive experience developing and deploying enterprise APIs, websites, and related software in Microsoft Azure.
Experience leading an application team to adopt CI/CD and shift-left practices.
Familiarity with Azure Gov Cloud, FedRAMP, and Zero Trust Architecture is a plus.

Responsibilities

Translate software requirements into structured agile user stories and tasks.
Lead and mentor teams to mature CI/CD shift-left practices.
Own end-to-end Azure software development tasks across distributed Scrum teams.
Manage feature flags and environmental parity during deployments.
Drive performance tuning, resiliency, and DR readiness using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
Ensure security and code quality via Sonatype and Fortify scans.
