Job summary

firstPRO US in the United States is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer (Azure Platform) to build, automate, and support Azure cloud environments powering enterprise applications and AI workloads.

You will implement IaC with Terraform and Bicep, manage AKS clusters, and develop CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and GitHub, while ensuring security and governance across platforms. On-call duties and collaboration with architects, security, and development teams are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on with Azure Cloud services and architecture concepts.
• Proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform and Bicep (ARM optional).
• Advanced CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Experience deploying to AKS and containerized environments.
• Knowledge of AI/ML workflows is a plus.
• Experience with Chef or Ansible for configuration management.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Understanding of cloud networking, security, identity, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and manage Azure resources using IaC.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Support AKS and containerized workloads.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting with Azure Monitor and App Insights.
• Collaborate with cloud architects, platform engineers, and developers.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support critical services.
• Promote DevOps best practices across projects.
