Business Integration Partners (BIP) is expanding its US footprint and seeks a hands-on Senior Azure DevOps & Kubernetes Platform Engineer to design, automate, secure, and support enterprise cloud platforms. You will focus on Azure, AKS, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC across teams.

The role emphasizes self-service platforms, platform tooling, and governance to enable engineering squads while ensuring security and reliability. Remote/hybrid work options are available in the US.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in DevOps, cloud infra, platform engineering, or SRE.
• 5+ years Kubernetes in enterprise production.
• Strong Azure services & cloud architecture knowledge.
• Proven CI/CD pipeline design & maintenance.
• Advanced Terraform & IaC principles.
• Experience with Docker, Helm, Kubernetes networking, RBAC, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with GitOps tools like Argo CD or Flux.
• Strong Azure networking knowledge (VNets, DNS, ExpressRoute).
• Identity integration with Microsoft Entra ID and enterprise controls.
• Proficiency in Python or Go.
• Observability: monitoring, logging, alerting, distributed traces.

Responsabilidades

• Design secure, scalable Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
• Build and operate enterprise Kubernetes platforms (AKS).
• Develop reusable CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Argo CD).
• Automate deployment with Terraform and IaC tooling.
• Create Helm charts, manifests, and GitOps workflows.
• Establish cloud networking, private endpoints, and security controls.
• Integrate with identity and access-management solutions.
• Implement monitoring using Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
• Troubleshoot issues across cloud, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership and platform documentation.
