Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to collaborate with PGIM architecture teams and drive planning, execution, and day-to-day work across Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Power Platform.

The role includes contributing to reference architectures, AI strategy, and governance, while aligning architecture with the central CTO function and across affiliates in financial services. Strong communication and deliverable-focused mindset required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise architecture or solution architecture experience.
• Experience operationalizing Architecture Centers of Excellence or similar forums.
• Strong written communication with reference architectures and guidance documents.

Responsibilities

• Partner on preparation and facilitation of the PGIM Architecture CoE.
• Co-author and maintain PGIM reference architectures and guidelines.
• Help drive alignment between PGIM architecture and central CTO function.
• Contribute to solution architecture for Azure, Fabric, and Power Platform.
• Shape AI strategy including responsible AI adoption and reusable AI components.
• Provide architectural input on data platforms (Fabric, Purview, CosmosDB, ADLS Gen2).
• Co-author the developer/architecture SDLC AI integration strategy.
• Support architecture councils with output artifacts and diagrams.
• Produce architecture documentation in Confluence and Markdown.
