Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise or solution architecture experience.
• Experience in financial services or asset management is preferred.
• Proven track record in operating Architecture Centers of Excellence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Partner on preparation and facilitation of the PGIM Architecture CoE.
• Co-author and maintain PGIM reference architectures and guidelines.
• Drive alignment between PGIM architecture and center CTO Enterprise Architecture.
• Contribute to Azure, .NET, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform solutions.
• Shape AI strategy, governance, and reusable building blocks.
• Support data platform and governance across Fabric, Purview, and CosmosDB.
• Develop AI-enabled developer experience and SDLC integration.
• Provide architectural guidance and unblock design decisions.
