Job summary

Greenbox Capital is seeking a Senior Cloud Platform Security Engineer to own and protect our Azure environment, drive infrastructure automation, and strengthen security controls across identity, networking, and data layers.

You will partner with Technology leadership and Compliance to maintain SOC 2/NIST readiness, disaster recovery, and cost efficiency while delivering scalable, secure cloud services for our apps and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on cloud infrastructure or security experience, including ownership of production Azure environments.
• Experience managing Azure subscriptions, management groups, networking, Entra ID, RBAC, and cost management.
• Practical infrastructure‑as‑code experience using Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, with automated deployment and source control.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security operations, vulnerability remediation, logging/detection, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize Greenbox Capital’s Azure platform end‑to‑end.
• Design, configure, operate, and maintain Azure resources, governance, and security controls.
• Implement least‑privilege access, PIM, CA, and secure identity management across cloud and SaaS.
• Automate provisioning, monitoring, backup/recovery, and evidence collection.
• Develop and maintain IaC modules, runbooks, and documentation for audits and compliance.
